These are so good. And I agree hiw you mention that they all go together. In order to trust your body you need to ask for help and in order to relax you need to trust your body. A lot of times it comes down to the people you have around you. I remember feeling so confident around some people, like my husband who kind of just said whatever babe you know what you are doing you’re the mom, and so squashed by some people who would just tell me what to do.
