I tried it once and never again. Too much stimulation for my sleep deprived brain! I bet you will love the park or being in nature. It somehow makes you see them for who they are. They can relax and touch whatever they want.. good for you for setting goals for yourself! I’m sure you are already doing great but it is nice to also have ideas. Great article!
