Sometimes when he’s almost a sleep I will pull out my phone but even then I feel guilty because I think about if my husband was cuddling me and was playing on his phone I’d probably be annoyed by that. Thanks for sharing the info. I’m going to do some research on the phones and their skulls.

Ppd is real and a big part of combating it is having a sort system, for a lot of us moms that system is in facebook. So while I agree don’t be a smart phone zombie, don’t shame moms for reaching out even if it’s only online.
